In a world where endless input floods our attention, gathering “in person” creates a powerful space to slow down, connect, and reinforce new ways of thinking and believing in ourselves. All guided practices include a theme, musical and meditative elements, shared intention, and mindful movement.

This newly created restorative practice features grounding movement, intentional breathwork, and meaningful solstice rituals, offering maximum energetic and emotional impact for this birth of the new season.
