Offers free gatherings at Vitalize Community Studio in Salt Lake City that combine meditation, music, and community connection, creating a space for reflection, shared intention, and heartfelt presence. Each event fosters a sense of peace and openness, inviting participants to nurture compassion for themselves and others.
