Where are sessions held?

All sessions take place in a private room at Vitalize Community Studio, unless you request an alternative location. This ensures a comfortable, focused, and confidential environment.

What can a private session focus on?

Each session is tailored to you. We can work on strength, balance, flexibility, mobility, assisted stretching, meditation, breathwork, stress reduction, or recovery from injury or surgery. Sessions may also integrate themes that support your emotional or spiritual health, depending on what you’re navigating.

How long is a typical session?

Most sessions are 60 minutes, but the length can be adjusted to fit your goals, availability, and specific needs. First sessions are 15 minutes longer to clarify goals and assess needs.

How do I schedule a session with Lucy?

Just reach out through the contact form or email to set a time. We’ll talk briefly about your goals and needs, then schedule your session at Vitalize Community Studio or another agreed-upon location. Ongoing session plans can also be arranged if desired.

Do I need prior experience with yoga, meditation, or movement practice?
