I’m a guide, teacher, and lifelong seeker devoted to soulful living and the power of sacred travel. My path has led me many times along Spain’s Camino de Santiago, where I’ve come to understand that the journey itself is a living teacher — one that demands humility, places us toe-to-toe with personal contradictions, then delivers self-reliance, clarity and growth. It is from this place that I offer the lifestyle platform of The Lucky Pilgrim.
A lifelong resident of the Western United States — California, Oregon, and now Utah — I’m deeply shaped by the wide-open landscapes of the West and the quiet strength they invite. I make my home in Salt Lake City, where I own Vitalize Community Studio, a space devoted to movement, meditation, music, and community connection.
Through The Lucky Pilgrim, I offer sacred travel experiences and spiritual gatherings that help people reconnect with their sense of wonder and purpose. Whether walking the Camino, joining a class at Vitalize, or celebrating the turning of the seasons, my work is about escorting others as they come home to themselves.
I believe that movement is medicine, travel can be sacred, that community can be healing, and that every step — taken with intention — can change a life. My joy is walking beside others as they discover that truth for themselves.
